Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivatedDigital Marketing Associateto support our marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate willassistin executing campaigns, managing social media,optimizingwebsite content, and driving online engagement to help grow brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, andoptimizesocial media campaigns across platforms such asLinkedIn,Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTubeto build brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content includingposts, reels, stories,creatives, captions, blogs, andemailers, in coordination with design, HR, and technical teams.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels includingcontent scheduling, posting, community management (responding to comments and messages), and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals, recruitment drives, employer branding, and company updates.
  • Executepaid social campaigns(LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads,GoogleAds if applicable) andoptimizeformaximumROI.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to continuously improve content strategy.
  • Take initiative in planning and organizinginternal team activities, office events, outings, celebrations, and engagement campaigns, and promote them through social channels.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to driveemployee engagement programs, referral campaigns, and hiring promotions via social media.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (eg. Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and caption writing with a creative mindset.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Insights.
  • Ability to create and manage content calendars effectively.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with HR, design, and leadership teams.
  • Good understanding of branding, employer branding, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously..

Good to have skills:

  • Knowledge of AI tools used in Social Media Marketing (SMM) or DigitalMarketing(DM)
  • Creativemindsetwith an eye for innovative ideas and campaign.
