We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Associate (24 years of experience) to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, a strong understanding of SEO & content marketing, and a creative mindset for executing digital initiatives in a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow InspironLabs social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities including backlinking, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars, podcasts, and digital events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Create high-quality creatives, blogs, and landing pages aligned with marketing goals and brand tone.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
- Manage website updates and performance optimization using WordPress & Elementor, ensuring excellent user experience.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to recommend actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (backlinking), SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience in webinar/podcast planning and promotion.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internship/agency/client-side).
- Completed a Digital Marketing course/certification preferred
