Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate who can independently manage SEO, paid campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives. The role demands a strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
- Improve website rankings and drive organic traffic
- Coordinate with tech teams for technical SEO implementation
2. Paid Campaign Management
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Handle budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROI
3. Strategy & Planning
- Develop digital marketing strategies for:
- theimperative.in
- ImperaStack (IBVL.in)
- Define target audience, positioning, and marketing channels
- Align campaigns with business goals (lead generation, branding, conversions)
4. Content & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns
- Support content creation, copywriting, and campaign messaging
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical basics)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of Google Ads (preferred)
- Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
- Familiarity with tools:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
- Ability to:
- Build lead generation funnels (Landing Page → CRM → Follow-up)
- Execute retargeting and remarketing strategies
- Improve landing page conversions
- Set up email drip campaigns, automation workflows, and lead scoring
- Analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Implement pixel tracking (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Guide designers on ad creatives and campaign visuals

- Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/IT services
