The Role: Why We're Hiring

In today's digital landscape, the creative is the single biggest lever for performance. We are looking for a unique, dual-brained individual who is both highly analytical and creatively intuitive.

As the Associate for Creative Ops, you will be the critical link between our Digital Marketing team and our Creative/Brand team. Your mission is to answer one question every day: Why is this ad working, and how can we make it work 10x better

You will be responsible for meticulously analyzing the performance of every single creative asset (images, videos, copy) across our entire paid media ecosystemfrom Google and Meta to Amazon, Blinkit, and programmatic DSPs. You will then use these data-backed insights to optimize existing creatives and write briefs for new assets that are scientifically designed to perform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Performance Analysis

Platform-Level Monitoring: Continuously monitor creative and asset performance within all major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto/Blinkit/Instamart Ads, and DSPs like RevX, Criteo, DV360).

Data Deep Dives: Go beyond platform-level data. Pull reports and analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, VTR, CPA) segmented by individual creative, ad copy, headline, and format.

Identify Trends: Find patterns in our performance. Does UGC video outperform animated video on Meta Reels Do lifestyle images work better than product-only images on Google PMax What CTA drives the best conversion on Amazon

Competitor Analysis: Regularly review competitor ads and creatives, identifying new trends, formats, and messaging to test.

2. Creative Optimization & Briefing

Iterative Optimization: Lead the A/B testing roadmap for creatives. Propose data-driven hypotheses and test variations in ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to drive incremental gains.

Write Data-Backed Briefs: Translate your analytical insights into clear, concise, and inspiring briefs for the creative/brand team. Your briefs will not just say we need a new ad; they will say we need a 15-second video for Meta Stories targeting new dog owners, featuring our 3 best-selling puppy foods, and using the tap here sticker, as this format drove a 30% higher CTR in our last test.

Optimize Existing Assets: Work with the design team to adapt and refresh winning creatives for different platforms, formats, and seasonal campaigns.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Be the Creative Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between the digital marketing channel managers and the central creative team, ensuring a fast, efficient, and data-driven feedback loop.

Campaign Expertise: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the ad formats and creative best practices for all campaign types, especially Google Ads (Performance Max, YouTube, Demandgen, App) and Meta Ads (Advantage+ Shopping, Reels, Stories, Carousels).

Asset Management: Help manage the creative asset library, ensuring all teams have access to the latest, top-performing, and on-brand creative.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and a creative strategy role.

The Dual-Brain:

Highly Analytical: You love numbers, live in Excel/Google Sheets, and can easily spot patterns and build a story from performance data.

Aesthetic & Creative: You have a strong creative eye. You intuitively understand why a design or video resonates with an audience.

Platform Mastery: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms is non-negotiable. You must understand the technical requirements and strategic nuances of their various campaign types and ad formats.

E-commerce Acumen: Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick-Commerce) is a massive plus. You understand the fast-paced nature of e-commerce marketing.

Proactive & Organized: You are a self-starter who can manage multiple projects, testing roadmaps, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.

Exceptional Communicator: You can articulate complex data insights in a simple way and can write a creative brief that is both precise and inspiring.

Bonus Points

Hands-on experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360, RevX, etc.).

Basic skills in design software (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) for quick mockups.

Direct experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or startup environment.
