At our office, we mix work with creativityand a little bit of play. From brainstorming content ideas to enjoying recreational games and free snacks, there's never a dull moment here.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, polls) using tools like Canva.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and apply them to campaigns.
- Brainstorm with the team for new campaign ideas and audience engagement strategies.
- Track performance and assist in preparing basic marketing reports.
- Interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build community engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and social media
- Basic content creation and graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Awareness of current trends, meme culture, and platform algorithms
- Good communication and creativity
- A learning attitude and team spirit
- Must be based in Raipur or willing to work on-site
