Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Neyyattinkara. The Executive will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and create engaging content tailored for SCONY.G®s social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include scheduling posts, managing online engagement, collaborating on branding strategies, and identifying emerging digital marketing trends. The role also involves monitoring social media analytics, refining strategies to boost customer engagement, and staying up-to-date on best practices. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Strategist who can plan, create, and manage social media content while focusing on audience growth and driving product sales. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative thinking and execution, including involvement in content shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute monthly content strategies for Instagram

Create engaging content ideas, hooks, and reel concepts

Assist in scripting and structuring short-form video content

Plan and guide video shoots (Reels & product content)

Assist during shoots (angles, framing, storytelling, shot direction)

Coordinate or personally capture basic video content (if required)

Support content creation and basic editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Manage social media accounts (posting, captions, comments, DMs)

Develop and implement audience growth strategies

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and offers

Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly

Focus on converting content into actual sales

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate experience in digital marketing or social media management

Strong understanding of Instagram (especially Reels and trends)

Ability to plan and execute video content

Basic video shooting sense (framing, lighting, angles)

Basic video editing skills

Good content ideation and storytelling skills

Ability to work independently and execute ideas

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including campaign planning, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Social media management skills for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Content creation and copywriting expertise, with a focus on branding and audience engagement
  • Data-driven approach to assess analytics, create performance reports, and optimize strategies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • A passion for creativity and organization, with alignment to SCONY.G®s core values
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
