Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager. The role involves developing and managing digital marketing strategies, running advertising campaigns, overseeing the e-commerce platform, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. The manager will also build strong customer relationships, handle sales initiatives, and ensure optimal user experiences across digital channels. Collaboration with other departments to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates is a part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Sales to drive growth and close deals
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for monitoring and refining marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and customers
• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management
• Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Previous experience in the FMCG or food products industry is a plus
