Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Lead the development of creative digital assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, email marketing materials, and promotional content.
  • Brand Strategy: Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility, search rankings, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including infographics, animated visuals, and short videos for digital platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative design with business objectives.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other software.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design trends.
  • Creative problem-solving and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certification/ Diploma/ bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and successful digital marketing campaigns.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful branding and marketing campaigns.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Driving creative strategy and brand positioning.
  • Leading high-impact marketing campaigns and design projects.
  • Enhancing digital presence through innovative content and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members to improve design and marketing skills.

Tools & Software:

Required: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
