About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns, generating actionable insights, and helping drive business growth through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
- Create performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO performance analysis.
- Analyze campaign ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, and other marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Support lead generation and conversion optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Data Studio/Looker Studio is a plus.
