About the role:

PCS Digital is looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to support our growing US-based clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage websites, landing pages, Google Ads, CRM automations, and digital marketing operations. We are looking for a versatile all-rounder who can learn quickly and handle multiple digital tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain WordPress/Webflow websites
• Create high-converting landing pages
• Update website content, forms, and layouts
• Manage hosting, domains, DNS, and integrations

Google Marketing:

• Manage Google Ads campaigns
• Optimize keywords, ad copy, and conversions
• Setup Google Analytics and tracking pixels
• Improve Google Business Profile visibility

CRM & Automation:

• Setup and manage GoHighLevel workflows
• Configure lead capture forms and pipelines
• Implement review automation and follow-up systems
• Setup AI chatbot and SMS/email automations

General Digital Operations:

• Basic graphic/content editing
• Monitor campaign performance
• Coordinate with US management team
• Troubleshoot technical and marketing issues
  

Required SKILLSET:

• WordPress and Elementor experience
• Google Ads knowledge
• Landing page creation
• Basic SEO understanding
• GoHighLevel or CRM automation experience
• Understanding of domains, DNS, hosting
• Good English communication
• Ability to work independently during US hours

US Night Shift (India Time)

Approx:

• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
