Job Summary
Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate high-quality leads for MBA / PGDM admissions through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online channels to drive student inquiries and applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation for Admissions
- Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns for MBA / PGDM programs.
- Generate qualified student inquiries through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum leads at minimum cost (CPL).
- Design and manage ad funnels for admission campaigns.
2. Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for student lead generation.
- Manage remarketing campaigns to convert interested students.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
3. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Create and optimize landing pages for MBA / PGDM admissions.
- Improve conversion rates for admission inquiry forms.
- Implement tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
4. SEO & Organic Lead Generation
- Improve organic ranking for keywords such as:
- MBA in Greater Noida
- PGDM colleges in Delhi NCR
- AICTE approved PGDM colleges
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
5. Social Media Marketing
- Plan and manage social media campaigns focused on admissions.
- Promote student success stories, placements, campus life, and events.
- Increase engagement and inquiries through social platforms.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track lead performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and campaign dashboards.
- Monitor metrics like Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, and ROI.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Key Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation
- Experience in education marketing / admissions marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and landing page optimization
- Experience with lead funnels, retargeting, and marketing automation
- Ability to reduce cost per lead and increase conversion rates
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with MBA / PGDM colleges, universities, or EdTech companies
- Proven track record of generating admission leads through digital campaigns
