Are you a management student with a passion for sports and a knack for storytelling Pickle Roar is looking for an energetic, creative, and business-minded fresher to help us scale. This is not just a desk job—it's a on-the-court experience where you will learn how to build a brand from the ground up, manage digital communities, and drive B2B/B2C revenue in the booming sports-tech industry.

Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and reels of matches, events, and vibes at the facility.
• Social Media: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages to increase engagement and followers growth.
• Storytelling: Draft compelling captions and blog posts that highlight the Pickle Roar lifestyle.

Business Development & Growth

• Corporate Outreach: Identify and pitch Pickleball Team Bonding packages to corporate offices and businesses in Gurugram/NCR.
• Event Sales: Drive bookings for social events, birthday parties, tournaments etc.
• Daily Bookings: Optimize court utilization by reaching out to local residential societies and clubs.

Community Building

• Professional Networking: Act as the face of Pickle Roar for business professionals visiting the facility.
• User Experience: Gather feedback from players to improve court services and the cafe experience.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with local influencers, fitness coaches, and sports brands for cross-promotions.

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Mindset: A hustler attitude. You aren't afraid to pick up a paddle, talk to a stranger, or pitch to a CEO.
• Passion: A genuine interest in sports, fitness, or building communities.
