Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and grow long-term relationships with Australian and USA-based clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing deeply, can lead client communication confidently, and has hands-on expertise across paid media, SEO, and web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships across international markets
• Lead onboarding, strategy planning, and account growth initiatives
• Manage and optimize campaigns across:
• Facebook Ads
• Google Ads
• SEO
• Web Development Projects
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
• Ensure high client retention through proactive communication and support
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients

What We're Looking ForExperience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in:
• Account Management
• Customer Success
• Digital Marketing
• Experience managing 25+ active client accounts
• Strong exposure to Australian and USA clients
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Facebook Ads
• Google Ads
• SEO
• Website Projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
