Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Purpose: Scaling high-quality inbound demand by driving performance across paid, organic, and conversion-focused digital channels, while ensuring strong funnel efficiency and ROI.

Your mission:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Drive qualified inbound leads aligned with sales and revenue goals.

Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

Own SEO and organic growth initiatives in collaboration with the content writer.

Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Monitor, analyses, and report on key metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.

Collaborate closely with sales, product, content, and design teams to align digital efforts with business objectives.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

You should have:

1-3 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or EdTech environment.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead qualification, and conversion optimisation.

Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.

Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

High ownership, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Good if you have:

Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or technology-led organizations.

Exposure to SEO, marketing automation, or CRM platforms.

Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage startups.
