Alongside our premium fashion brand Mehar, we have launched Rhysley HR – an intelligent, cloud-based Human Resource Management System that simplifies recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and performance tracking – all from one seamless platform.
Job Summary: We're seeking a highly strategic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across garment and SaaS verticals. The candidate will play a dual role: leading aggressive growth and brand visibility for Rhysley and Mehar, while building awareness, lead generation, and digital presence for our HR Tech platform – Rhysley HR.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy tailored for both e-commerce (fashion) and SaaS (B2B tech).
Use data-driven insights and competitive research to position Rhysley HR in the HR Tech industry.
2. SaaS Platform Marketing:
Build and scale digital campaigns for www.rhysleyhr.com focused on lead generation, inbound traffic, and client acquisition.
Create product-led marketing content like whitepapers, explainer videos, emailers, etc.
3. Website & SEO Optimization:
Optimize rhysley.com, mehar.com, and rhysleyhr.com for SEO, performance, and UX.
Manage technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics.
4. Performance & Paid Marketing:
Run PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Drive conversions for both D2C and B2B models using high-ROI funnels.
5. Content & Social Media:
Lead the content calendar and storytelling for brand and product communication.
Engage on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to grow organic visibility.
6. AI/ML in Marketing (Preferred):
Use AI tools for audience targeting, email personalization, and chatbot integrations on SaaS platforms.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs, campaign ROIs, and customer acquisition metrics across platforms.
Present insights regularly to stakeholders to inform future campaigns.
8. Team Collaboration:
Lead a small cross-functional team of SEO specialists, designers, and performance marketers.
Coordinate with Sales & Tech teams for product-market alignment (especially RhysleyHR).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or relevant field.
10-15 years of experience in digital marketing with both SaaS & e-commerce experience.
Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Zoho, or similar.
Experience with SaaS lead generation funnels, webinars, B2B sales campaigns is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and growth mindset.
