We are looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing Solution Expert with strong expertise in manufacturing digital transformation to drive solutioning across complex manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and digital technologies, with the ability to understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, domain experts and technical teams to shape solutions and support successful project delivery.

• Understand manufacturing processes, operational challenges and digital transformation opportunities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions

• Design solutions across MES/MOM, ERP, IIoT, shopfloor digitization and connected manufacturing

• Define process flows, solution approaches and functional requirements

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Participate in client discussions, workshops and solution presentations

• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Support presales, solutioning, proposals and client engagements when required

• Contribute to the implementation of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing initiatives

• Strong experience in Digital Manufacturing / Manufacturing Digital Transformation

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations

• Hands-on knowledge of MES/MOM, ERP integration, IIoT, traceability and IT-OT integration

• Experience in solution design, business analysis, process mapping and technology consulting

• Ability to understand complex business problems and propose practical technology solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in presales / solution consulting / proposal development will be an advantage
