About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Digital Learning QA Intern to review and elevate the quality of our e-learning content, course modules, and presentation decks.
If you are an active online learner who has completed certifications or online courses, you already know what separates an average course from an exceptional learning experience. In this role, you will act as the learner's champion—auditing instructional materials, presentation decks (PPTs), and digital courseware to ensure visual polish, technical accuracy, formatting consistency, and instructional clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Deck Review: Review digital course modules, presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides), documents, and visual aids for visual appeal, consistency, and standard design practices (alignment, fonts, branding, readability).
- Technical & Functional QA: Test course materials for broken links, video/audio sync issues, formatting glitches, and accurate technical terminology.
- Editorial & Proofreading: Identify spelling, grammatical, and typographical errors across instructional scripts, slides, and learning activities.
- Learner Experience (LX) Testing: Experience courses from the perspective of an end-user, flagging confusing concepts, pacing bottlenecks, or structural flaws.
- Documentation & Feedback: Log bugs, inconsistencies, and formatting suggestions clearly using issue-tracking tools or review sheets, collaborating with instructional designers and content creators to implement fixes.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline; B.E. / B.Tech or a technical/engineering background is a strong plus).
- Online Learning Experience: Active experience taking online courses or certifications (e.g., Coursera, edX, Udemy, YouTube-based learning) with an understanding of what makes digital content engaging and easy to follow.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: An eye for catching minute design misalignments, formatting discrepancies, and typographical errors.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp technical topics and comfortably review technical diagrams, code snippets, or engineering concepts in slides.
- Tool Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Docs/MS Word, and standard cloud tools.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication to articulate feedback constructively.
