Job Title: Digital Learning Experience Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Learning Experience Developer to design engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences for teachers using digital platforms. This role goes beyond content creation—it focuses on crafting meaningful learning journeys that drive real classroom impact.
You will work at the intersection of curriculum, pedagogy, and technology, transforming training needs into high-quality digital learning experiences on LMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Learning Design
- Design structured, engaging learning experiences for teachers (modules, courses, learning pathways)
- Translate training goals into clear digital learning journeys
- Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design
2. LMS Course Development
- Develop and deploy courses on LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom, or similar)
- Structure content into interactive modules (videos, quizzes, reflections, assignments)
- Ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly experience
3. Content Creation & Curation
- Create or curate high-quality digital content (videos, scripts, case studies, activities)
- Work with Curriculum and Training teams to align content with classroom practice
- Ensure content is practical, relevant, and easy for teachers to apply
4. Engagement & Experience Design
- Design strategies to increase teacher engagement and course completion
- Incorporate interactive elements (discussion forums, peer tasks, challenges)
- Build reflection and application opportunities within courses
5. Data & Continuous Improvement
- Track engagement metrics (completion rates, participation, feedback)
- Analyze learner behavior and identify drop-offs
- Continuously improve courses based on insights
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Content Manager (for curriculum alignment)
- Training Manager (for program design)
- Support rollout of digital training across schools
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in instructional design / e-learning / digital learning
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and teacher development
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (course creation, structuring, tracking)
- Experience creating engaging digital content (videos, scripts, learning activities)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in K–12 education or teacher training
- Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Canva, video editing tools, etc.
- Understanding of blended learning models
