Support and mentor digital teams, facilitating the delivery of consultancy services across business units.
Act as a key player in executing AECOM's digital strategy, ensuring the delivery of digital initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous delivery of value and high-quality services.
Facilitate consultancy delivery and manage the successful execution of digital projects.
Serve as an internal and external advocate for digital growth within the organization and the broader market.
Qualifications & Experience
8-11 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, data analytics, AI adoption, technology/product development, and digital transformation.
Strong experience in advising clients on digital solutions and driving their digital transformation journey.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
In-depth knowledge of current digital technologies, tools, and methodologies, including data analytics and AI.
Experience in consultancy delivery, with the ability to manage and drive end-to-end solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies that result in measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
