Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Own growth experiments: Plan, execute, and track digital campaigns across content, performance marketing, brand, and partnerships. Measure results and iterate fast.
- Build & ship content: Conceptualize and create content for social, website, ads, and email. Coordinate with designers, creators, and agencies to bring ideas to life.
- Drive GTM execution: Support product launches and marketing rollouts end-to-end from messaging and positioning to distribution and tracking performance.
- Analyze & optimize: Monitor campaign metrics, user behavior, and funnel performance. Turn insights into actionable recommendations that improve growth and conversions.
- Support brand building: Work on brand storytelling, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and brand-led campaigns that create meaningful impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, sales, founders, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Research & spot trends: Stay ahead of digital, content, and consumer trends. Bring fresh ideas that can be tested quickly and scaled.
- Manage projects end-to-end: Take ownership of tasks, timelines, and outcomes ensuring high-quality execution in fast-moving environments.
- Experiment boldly: Pitch new growth ideas, test unconventional strategies, and learn rapidly from wins and failures.
- Build systems & processes: Help streamline workflows, document learnings, and improve how the marketing engine runs.
