Digital Innovation & Program Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Systems & Analysis

∙ Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to support decision-making.

∙ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all program locations. ∙ Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.

2. Technology & Digital Innovation

∙ Explore, test, and evaluate emerging technologies—including AI tools, digital design platforms, and data solutions—to enhance program delivery.

∙ Develop and refine digital tools and workflows that strengthen reporting, monitoring, and program management.

∙ Support the integration of technology solutions into the Foundation's existing systems. ∙ Work with partners and tech vendors to pilot innovative digital models.

3. Scaling-Up Strategy Support

∙ Generate insights that inform scaling-up strategy across geographies.

∙ Build data-driven models to assess the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of program expansion.

∙ Produce strategy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership based on field and data findings.

∙ Support cross-functional teams in designing scalable processes and frameworks.

4. Field Engagement & Partner Support

∙ Conduct field visits to verify data quality and observe on-ground program implementation.

∙ Train and support NGOs, field teams, and community workers on data collection tools and reporting standards.

∙ Strengthen partner capacity to use digital tools and embrace tech-enabled processes
