India Digital Hub Lead

The India Digital Hub Lead supports the operation and continuous improvement of the India Digital Hub as a strategic centre for digital innovation, technology delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. This role acts as a key connector between the Hub, business stakeholders, and global/regional IT teams, helping ensure that Hub activities are aligned with business needs and delivered in line with agreed priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating innovation activities, supporting engagement between the Hub and Global IT / Business teams, tracking service delivery progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between business / Global IT teams and the India Digital Hub
• Facilitate workshops, solution discussions, and business-IT co-creation forums
• Support the translation of business challenges into Hub initiatives that deliver measurable value
• Promote collaborative working practices across internal teams and vendor partners

Innovation & Creative Program

• Support innovation activities such as hackathons, ideation sessions, innovation sprints, and rapid prototyping
• Encourage experimentation, continuous improvement, and digital creativity within Hub activities
• Assist in identifying and piloting early-stage digital product concepts in collaboration with business teams

Service Delivery:

• Support reporting on service performance, delivery status, and operational improvement actions
• Coordinate with relevant teams to help resolve delivery issues and maintain agreed service expectations

Governance, Compliance & Risk Support:

• Support adherence to corporate IT policies, architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Work with compliance, cybersecurity, and risk teams to track risks, follow up on mitigation actions, and maintain required documentation

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

• Coordinate with co-located vendor teams to support a cohesive one-team delivery model
• Help align vendor activities with internal standards, priorities, and service expectations
• Supporting the GCC operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation support, technology delivery, or delivery centre operations
• Good current/past experience supporting innovation programs such as hackathons, design sprints, digital labs, or rapid prototyping activities
• Strong experience in business partnership, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technology teams in a regional or multinational environment, possessing certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous
• Exposure to application lifecycle management, enterprise architecture, data analytics, and AI is preferred and candidates who have current/past exposure in a GCC model is highly preferred.
