Summer Volunteering Internship Opportunity | PAKT For You Foundation

PAKT For You Foundation is inviting applications for a structured 4-week volunteer summer internship program for students and early-career professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in public health, community engagement, and digital health initiatives.

This program is designed to provide practical exposure through a rotational model, where interns will spend approximately one week in each of the following core areas:

Program Structure (4 Weeks)

• Community Outreach & Engagement

Interns will create and publish health awareness content. This includes developing social media posts and sharing them across platforms to improve community awareness and engagement.

• Digital Health

Interns will contribute to the development of simple, user-friendly health resources for PAKT's digital platforms. This includes writing short health articles, creating educational guides, and supporting the organization of content for website-based tools.

• AI in Healthcare & Health Innovation

Interns will use AI tools to simplify health information and create patient-friendly content. This includes generating FAQs, drafting chatbot-style responses, and supporting the development of accessible digital health communication.

• Fundraising & Resource Development

Interns will support outreach efforts by connecting with their networks to raise small-scale funds or in-kind contributions. This component is designed to build confidence in communication, advocacy, and resource mobilization.

All work created during the internship will contribute to PAKT's ongoing community outreach and digital health initiatives.

In addition, interns will have access to professional development workshops conducted by professionals from both the USA and India, offering diverse perspectives on healthcare and public health careers. These sessions may include resume building, LinkedIn profile development, communication for impact, and an introduction to digital health and AI in healthcare.
