Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Growth & Performance Manager to help build and scale a global streetwear brand in India.

This role is focused on growth, paid media and digital performance rather than day-to-day content posting.

What you'll do

Build and execute the brand's digital growth strategy
Manage Meta Ads across awareness, engagement, traffic, retargeting and conversion campaigns
Grow the brand's Instagram and digital audience from an early stage
Identify high-performing organic content and amplify it through paid media
Build, test and optimise audiences, creatives and campaign formats
Plan growth campaigns around launches, drops, events and collaborations
Work with creators and influencers from a growth and amplification perspective
Track metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, CPM, CPC, CTR and conversions
Continuously optimise campaign budgets and performance
Work closely with the social media and brand team to translate content into measurable growth

Who we're looking for

3–5 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing or social growth
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Proven experience growing a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, sneaker or streetwear brand
Strong understanding of both organic growth and paid media
Someone who can show brands or accounts they have personally helped scale
Strong understanding of fashion, youth culture, creators and digital trends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced brand launch environment
