Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Digital Growth Associate. You will be at the forefront of driving our online presence and digital growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, maximizing sales opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Work Mode & Compensation
- Location: Faridabad (On-site) Hybrid or remote options may be considered for candidates demonstrating strong capability and commitment.
- Compensation: 1.8 2.4 LPA + Performance Linked Incentive
- Flexibility: Full-time role, however, it may be converted to a part-time opportunity, provided the candidate can deliver the same level of output and performance expectations
Responsibilities:
Website & SEO
- Own and optimise the company website built on WordPress
- Build & execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO
Marketing
- Generating sales through paid campaigns on digital channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Increase the web & digital presence on various platforms such as Google, Medium etc.
- Create various types of email campaigns, design HTML email templates, and utilize email marketing tools like Mailchimp
Design
- Design high-impact graphics, templates, and visual banners
- Create short form videos for publication on Social channels
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
- Sense of Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Mail Chimp
- Experience in developing images and short videos using Canva, Adobe, Veed etc.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles to contribute to growth strategies.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
