Role Description The Digital Growth & Creative Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign set-up, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and conducting competitor and market research. The intern will help create and optimize content for ads and social media, contribute ideas to digital growth strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with team members and participation in regular strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, present findings clearly, and contribute ideas in meetings.
• Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple online channels.
• Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders on campaign deliverables.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics); a keen interest in growth marketing and creative advertising; ability to work on-site in Bengaluru; and current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
