Job Description

Role:- Digital Growth and AI Lead-S&D

Role Overview

To drive Airtel's Mobility (Prepaid & Postpaid) online acquisition strategy by building scalable, future-ready digital journeys,

while leading the MR AI charter to enhance channel productivity through AI-led interventions across One Airtel Distribution

and partner ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of Business, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI. The incumbent will serve as the

business owner and single point of contact (SPOC) for strategic transformation initiatives aimed at accelerating online

acquisitions, improving customer journeys, and driving productivity improvements across Airtel's mass retail ecosystem.

The role will lead cross-functional teams comprising Product, Engineering, Digital, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Sales

stakeholders to design, build, and scale digital and AI-powered solutions that improve growth, productivity, customer

experience, and operational effectiveness.

This is a highly visible corporate role with significant exposure to senior leadership and responsibility for driving enterprisewide transformation programs.

Key Accountabilities

1. Online Acquisition Strategy (Mobility)

• Own end-to-end design of prepaid & postpaid online acquisition journeys

• Build future-ready, scalable digital experiences across platforms

• Drive continuous improvement based on customer, market, and business feedback

2. Journey Design & GTM Execution

• Translate business requirements into seamless digital journeys

• Lead GTM execution of online journeys across markets

Drive adoption across sales channels and ensure high utilization

3. Project & Program Management

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops)

• Ensure timelines, quality, and delivery milestones for all initiatives

• Drive structured governance and reporting

4. Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage SIM delivery ecosystem and external vendors

• Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and scalability

• Optimize cost and efficiency across delivery partners

5. MR AI Charter – Strategy & Roadmap

• Identify AI-led opportunities across MR channel and OAD ecosystem

• Build and own roadmap for AI-led productivity improvements

• Align with leadership on prioritization and execution roadmap

6. AI-led Journey Development & Deployment

• Drive development of AI-enabled solutions (productivity tools, decision engines, automation)

• Ensure seamless integration into existing workflows and platforms

• Lead rollout across circles with strong adoption frameworks

7. Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Drive GTM adoption of digital and AI journeys across field and partner ecosystem

• Capture feedback from customers, field teams, and leadership

• Continuously refine journeys for better performance and experience

Experience & Qualifications

• MBA / B.Tech preferred

• 8–14 years experience in Digital, Telecom, Product, or Transformation roles
