THAtha Business Development LLP is a growth-focused firm helping businesses scale through strategy, content, and digital execution. As we expand our digital initiatives across services and client verticals, we're looking for a hands-on Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive who enjoys building, testing, and improving growth systems.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, not just task-based execution.

Expected Salary Range - 20,000 - 30,000

Role Objective

Support and execute content-led and organic growth initiatives by building funnels, creating lead magnets, improving conversion rates, and supporting newsletter and email growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of execution across content, landing pages, email, and conversion optimization.

What You'll Do

Content & Organic Growth

Create and support content initiatives (blogs, newsletters, lead content)

Assist in building and distributing content-led growth funnels

Help create lead magnets such as guides, checklists, reports, and templates

Support organic growth through content repurposing and distribution

Funnels, Landing Pages & CRO

Assist in building and optimising landing pages (copy, CTAs, layout improvements)

Support conversion rate optimisation through creative testing (headlines, hooks, messaging)

Identify drop-offs in funnels and suggest improvements

Work with designers or no-code tools to improve user experience

Email & Newsletter Growth

Support newsletter creation and growth

Help manage email flows (welcome, nurture, follow-ups)

Improve engagement through better subject lines, content, and structure

SEO & Content Support

Assist with SEO-driven content (keywords, on-page basics, internal linking)

Support content planning and optimisation for organic visibility

Track basic SEO and content performance metrics

Paid Growth

Support PPC or retargeting campaigns when required

Use paid channels mainly for testing messaging and content performance

Assist in tracking and reporting campaign results

Analytics & Learning

Track basic performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, or similar tools

Help prepare simple reports on content, funnel, and conversion performance

Learn from data to improve future experiments

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

1.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or growth roles

Strong interest in content, funnels, conversion, and organic growth

Comfortable writing basic copy for content, landing pages, and emails

Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and iterate

Familiarity with tools like CMS platforms, email tools, analytics, or no-code builders
