Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate OPmobility's Digital Solutions practice (digital factory) to deliver WebApps, AI, RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions with high value and low time-to-market
  • Provide strategic leadership to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital solutions factory
  • Collaborate with global business group stakeholders to build a digital solutions pipeline, manage prioritization, and cross-pollination strategy
  • Bring thought leadership on technology innovations and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with OPmobility's digital acceleration vision
  • Establish and scale a multi-skilled, agile POD-based delivery model ensuring optimal resources for higher velocity, quality, and performance
  • Implement best practices in end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle, including product backlog management, project execution, sprint planning, and value monitoring
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital solutions while managing global stakeholder expectations
  • Build strategy to implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards for robust and reliable solutions
  • Own and manage the digital solutions factory budget including forecasting, cost control, and vendor/partner management
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources and promote a culture of reusable assets to improve productivity
  • Lead and mentor global and regional leadership, solutioning, and delivery teams fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Drive workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, and capability building to create a high-performance team while promoting innovation and continuous learning
  • Define and implement delivery governance frameworks including metrics, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data privacy standards
  • Drive automation and DevOps practices across the factory for efficient CI/CD and code management
  • Promote agile methodology and lean startup development to accelerate digital transformation

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Minimum 15 years of digital development experience with at least 5 years leading agile delivery teams
  • Experience building and managing remote teams across multiple regions
  • Experience operating within global companies with matrix organizations
  • Industrial/automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Inspirational leader with ability to develop, coach, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and value-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
