Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Experience Team Manager to oversee and optimize our client's digital presence. This is a crucial leadership role for a professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, encompassing marketing automation, web analytics, social media, and content management systems. You will be responsible for leading project coordination, resource allocation, and workflow maintenance, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional digital experiences that align with business objectives and strict SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Digital Experience team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee project coordination and maintain robust workflows for all digital initiatives.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team efficiency and timely project delivery.
  • Establish and enforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and operational guidelines for all digital projects.
  • Leverage expertise in Marketing Automation/CRM systems (with a preference for Salesforce) to drive customer engagement.
  • Utilize Web Analytics and Social Media Systems to monitor performance, derive insights, and optimize digital strategies.
  • Oversee operations related to content management systems, ensuring effective content delivery and governance.
  • Utilize Project Management Tools such as Jira or Workfront (preferable) for efficient project tracking and management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Marketing Automation/CRM platforms (Salesforce is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics and Social Media Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with content management systems.
  • Proven expertise in Project Management Tools such such as Jira or Workfront (preferable).
  • Strong background in resource allocation and management.
  • Experience in SLA & Guideline Maintenance.
  • Excellent project coordination and workflow management skills.
