We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties: Experience:

•  10+ years of experience in Solution Architecting of Data & Analytics, AI/ML & Gen AI Solutions as Presales Consultant/ Business Development Manager/ Solution Architect

Responsibilities: •  Solid experience in a business growth / sales role in analytics AI/ML and Gen AI across multiple industries

•  Experience and sound knowledge of Gen AI tools and LLMs available in market

•  Lead reactive and proactive conversations with Clients on Generative AI (specially LLMs), Conversational AI & cloud AIaaS.

•  Experience with Sales of AI solutions, AI Governance and Ethical AI 

•  Strong exposure to selling Data & AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.

•  Develop Cloud-native technical approach and proposal plans identifying the best practice solutions meeting the requirements for a successful proposal. Create, edit, and review documents, diagrams, and other artifacts in response to RPPs RFQs and Contribute to and participate in presentations to customers regarding proposed solutions.

•  Experience with large scale consulting and program execution engagements in AI and data

•  Excellent ability and skills to influence and communicate effectively with business partners up to the C-Suite.

•  Ability to appreciate and work on 360-degree aspects around a data and insights life cycle across the business value chain.

•  Deep technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with consultative selling is crucial.

•  Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required.

•  Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.

•  Consultative selling experience is a must.

•  Ability to prepare Proficient PPTs for client presentations

•  Knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, potential opportunities in areas like AI/ML/Gen AI engineering and product teams across all functions – from sales and trading to digital, operations, finance and risk etc – and every line of business of client
