We're looking for a Digital Ecosystem Manager who understands both the emotion of storytelling and the science of analytics. Someone who can turn data into direction, insights into experiments, and content into momentum. A thinker who sees patterns in retention curves, and a creator who knows how to translate conversations into reels, shorts, posts, titles, and strategies that grow a communityslowly, deliberately, and powerfully.

Responsibilities

Manage the podcast's presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp Channels.

Analyse performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch-time, reach) and convert them into weekly actionable insights.

Build a consistent publishing rhythm with titles, thumbnails, hooks, metadata, and posting schedules.

Repurpose each episode into 2040 content assets (shorts, reels, carousels, quotes, micro-stories).

Design and run growth experiments A/B tests for thumbnails, titles, hooks, post timing, and formats.

Identify the strongest narrative moments from episodes and collaborate with editors on cutdowns.

Maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs and platform health.

Engage with community comments and identify collaboration opportunities with creators, guests, and partners.

Ensure brand voice, tone, and identity remain consistent across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

2 5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or creator ecosystem roles.

Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, retention curves, and short-form performance dynamics.

Experience crafting hooks, captions, titles, and content strategies tailored to each platform.

Ability to translate analytics into clear content decisions and growth roadmaps.

Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Figma/Canva, CapCut/Premiere, Notion/Airtable, VidIQ/TubeBuddy, and Descript.

Interest in storytelling, podcasts, creator brands, or long-form content.

Telugu language familiarity preferred, but not mandatory.
