About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our growing international creative team. In this role, you will design high-quality digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing assets for travel industry clients in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly organized, and capable of balancing creativity with efficiency. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines.
Working remotely or from our India office, you will collaborate with Client Success Managers, customers, and fellow designers to create engaging digital experiences that drive performance and support client objectives.
How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Creative Design
- Design HTML5 and static display banner advertisements for client campaigns.
- Create high-quality animated digital advertisements following industry best practices.
- Design creative assets with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
- Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Develop compelling ad copy when content is not provided.
- Provide proactive design recommendations and creative direction when requirements are limited.
- Apply animations and motion elements to enhance advertisement effectiveness.
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Design, segment, and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Create visually engaging email templates aligned with customer branding.
- Produce high-volume monthly email campaigns based on predefined content calendars.
- Design custom email campaigns when required.
- Manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling processes.
Testing, Optimization & Reporting
- Support the development and execution of A/B testing initiatives for display ads and email campaigns.
- Analyze creative performance and share insights with customers and Client Success Managers.
- Incorporate performance learnings and best practices into future campaign designs.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the creative production lifecycle.
Video Editing & Multimedia Support
- Perform basic video editing and video shortening tasks.
- Add graphics, music, and visual enhancements to video assets.
- Ensure videos follow a logical structure and storytelling sequence.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate closely with Design Team Leads, Client Success Managers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve creative quality and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and implementing new design processes and operational efficiencies.
- Present creative concepts, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders when required.
Education & Work Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or web design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or agency environment is preferred.
- Experience designing digital advertising creatives and email marketing campaigns is advantageous.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and email marketing best practices.
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with animation principles and digital creative production workflows.
- Understanding of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML5 display advertising and email design principles is preferred.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong visual design and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro or similar platforms.

- Fluency in more than one language.
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Previous experience designing HTML5 display advertisements.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or content writing/proofreading.
- Experience working with travel, hospitality, or digital marketing brands.
