Job Description

Overview

The Digital Designer will be responsible for developing impactful visual communication assets that strengthen brand presence and support effective business storytelling across digital and corporate communication channels. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role will translate complex ideas, data, and business insights into clear, engaging presentations and visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines and organizational objectives. The role includes creating infographics, email creatives, social media assets, branded communication materials, and scalable visual templates that drive consistency and audience engagement.

In addition to creative execution, the Digital Designer will contribute to improving workflows, establishing design best practices, and identifying efficient approaches that enhance quality and productivity. Through collaboration, innovation, and a strong understanding of visual communication, this role will help elevate the overall impact, consistency, and effectiveness of the team's creative output.

Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual communication materials, including presentations, infographics, branded templates, digital assets, email creatives, banners, and other business communication collateral.
  • Translate complex business information and insights into clear, engaging, and visually impactful storytelling aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management
    • Partner closely with project requestors across assigned business teams to understand project requirements, priorities, and delivery expectations.
    • Manage end-to-end execution of creative projects with strong attention to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback effectively to ensure continuous improvement in deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Handle multiple projects and competing priorities efficiently while maintaining consistency and accuracy across outputs.
  • Process Management & Operational Excellence
    • Support and enhance creative workflows, project planning processes, quality checks, and delivery management practices using monday.com.
    • Perform self-quality checks and manage project execution independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability Development
    • Build strong knowledge of business priorities, brand guidelines, stakeholder expectations, and communication standards within the organization.
    • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing best practices, creative knowledge, and process improvements that strengthen overall team capability.


Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience working with design tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong technical expertise in developing digital creative assets including banners, creatives, email headers, social media assets, presentation designs, and text-based visual communications such as infographics
  • Ability to think creatively and develop visually compelling concepts, including visual identities, presentation templates, and innovative infographic designs
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing Services teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex and diverse information into clear, engaging, and visually impactful storytelling
  • Strong understanding of the CPG industry and communication landscape, with the ability to translate business performance insights into effective visual narratives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, email platforms, internet research, and related business productivity tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently in a professional English-speaking business environment and maintain strong attention to grammar and detail
