The Digital Delivery Lead is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing and scaling a modern digital delivery capability for our US organization. This role blends strategic delivery leadership, technology oversight, and team building. The ideal candidate is a broad‑based digital leader with strong delivery grounding and enough technical depth across full‑stack development, DevOps, cloud, data, automation, and AI to drive meaningful engineering outcomes.

As Digital Delivery Lead, you will own & ensure successful software solution delivery across multiple digital programs. This role influences delivery strategy, shapes delivery standards, and ensures strong governance, process definition and risk.

You will partner with business leaders to ensure digital investments align to business outcomes, evolving technology trends and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Delivery Leadership
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery for a portfolio of digital initiatives across the US region.
  • Establish delivery frameworks, engineering standards, governance, and performance controls.
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Lean, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, automation, and AI‑enabled delivery.
  • Lead steering committees, quality gates, architecture reviews, and delivery assurance functions.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leaders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable solution architectures and delivery models.
  • Partner with architects on solution design, technical stack selection, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
  • Promote modern engineering capabilities including cloud, microservices, analytics, RPA/automation, and AI/ML adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, data privacy, and risk frameworks.

  • Establish and scale a new digital delivery team in the US.
  • Build capability across engineering, QA, DevOps, data, automation, and product functions.
  • Mentor team members and establish engineering culture focused on innovation, reliability, and efficiency.

Define role structures, hiring plans, skill development pathways, and succession plans.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Must‑Have

  • 15–20 years of experience in digital/software delivery, including 5+ years leading multi‑team or portfolio delivery in an enterprise environment
  • Broad, hands-on understanding of modern digital technologies
    • Full‑stack architectures & APIs
    • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
    • CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation
    • Parametric design, Digital Engineering, Revit APIs and MCPs
    • Low code development on M365 Power Platform
    • Data platforms, analytics, data engineering workflows
    • Applied AI/ML & modern automation tools
  • Flair for understanding business needs and contribute to technical solutioning
  • Proven ability to scale digital teams and mature engineering processes.
  • Strong command of Agile/Lean delivery, DevOps, automation, and modern engineering practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, compliance, and cross‑functional leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Exposure to geospatial/BIM/digital‑twin technologies.
  • Certifications in cloud, DevOps, Agile, or AI/ML.
  • Experience establishing new teams or delivery centers.
  • Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (Azure), AI/ML‑enabled solutions.
  • Exposure to cost optimization, FinOps, and vendor management
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications.

Success Metrics


  • Delivery performance KPIs (Velocity, Defect Rates, Schedule Adherence, etc)
  • Team‑buildout milestones
  • Adoption of DevOps / automation / cloud
  • Transformation outcomes (velocity, quality, efficiency)
