Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in GA4, mobile app tracking, and tag management solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with technical implementations, troubleshooting, and server-side tracking, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and scalable analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute GA4 technical implementations, including web and app tracking.
- Manage mobile app analytics tracking with a strong focus on Firebase SDK.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across analytics implementations, including third-party integrations.
- Configure and maintain Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) implementations.
- Implement and monitor integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., DoubleClick, Meta, ContentSquare, etc.).
- Work with Google Tag Manager (server-side) and support server-side tracking setups on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across all tracking frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align tracking with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation.
- Strong expertise in GA4 setup and configuration (web and mobile).
- Hands-on experience with Firebase SDK for app tracking.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting tagging/analytics issues.
- Practical experience with Adobe Launch (Tag Manager).
- Exposure to third-party vendor integrations (DoubleClick, Meta, ContentSquare, etc.).
- Knowledge of server-side tracking using GTM server-side and GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
