About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and performance-focused Senior Creative Designer to join our digital marketing agency in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must be capable of producing visually impactful designs that drive reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions for e-commerce and digital brands.
The candidate should be an expert in social media design, ad creative design, branding, and AI-powered creative toolscombined with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. High-Performance Social Media Creatives- Create engaging and scroll-stopping designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Ensure creatives consistently achieve high reach and engagement.
- Use trend research, competitor analysis, and content psychology to drive creative strategy.
- Maintain a strong brand identity for each client.
2. Ad Creatives for E-commerce & Digital Brands- Design high-converting performance ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop creatives based on hooks, offers, audience behavior, and ad objectives.
- Coordinate with media buyers to improve creative performance through insights.
3. Branding & Visual Identity- Design logos, brand kits, website banners, packaging concepts, and campaign-specific collateral.
- Build premium branding concepts fit for D2C and marketplace brands.
4. AI-Powered Design Execution- Use advanced AI tools (MidJourney, DALLE, Firefly, Leonardo, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate creative production.
- Generate concepts, product visuals, and campaign assets using AI.
- Stay updated with new AI design technologies and implement them in daily workflow.
5. Creative Strategy & Innovation- Think creatively and develop fresh content ideas aligned with digital trends.
- Build mood boards, content directions, and references for new campaigns.
- Showcase strong storytelling skills through visuals.
- Innovate visuals that stand out in a highly competitive digital environment.
6. Speed, Quality & Delivery- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
- Work with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Deliver creatives within strict timelines.
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 4 years of full-time graphic design experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Advanced experience with AI design tools.
- Proven record of designing high-performing social media creatives.
- Understanding of digital marketing, ad formats, CTAs, hooks, and offers.
- Strong creative thinking, research ability, and trend awareness.
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, color balance, and brand alignment.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
- Experience in D2C branding and ad creative styles.
- Understanding of marketplace creatives (Amazon/Flipkart).
