Production Support Engineer - GE Proficy
Location:Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Experience:4-9 Years
Join us to play a key role in ensuring seamless manufacturing operations by supporting GE Proficy Plant Applications and Historian systems. You'll work in a fast-paced production support environment, focusing on system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Provide end-to-end production support for GE Proficy Plant Applications (PlantApps) and Historian systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring, system configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain GE Proficy Plant Applications & Historian systems
- Perform system configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve application, database, and integration issues
- Develop, optimize, and debug SQL queries and stored procedures
- Work with infrastructure teams to ensure system performance and availability
Technical Skills
- GE Proficy Plant Applications (v7+) and Historian (v5+)
- SQL Server (stored procedures - mandatory)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in MES production support environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in production support and incident management
