You will be at the heart of delivering Pega's demo experiences and digital content, systematically processing and executing client requests through dedicated workflows. What You'll Do At Pega

  • Configure, validate, and publish interactive demo experiences, including detailed visual + audio quality checks for accuracy and readiness
  • Provide technically informed support for internal teams (Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Client Services), troubleshooting demo access, publishing, and experience issues within SLAs
  • Apply testing discipline to reduce defects: execute repeatable checks, document outcomes, and help drive more reliable release readiness (manual + automationready mindset)
  • Contribute to automation opportunities by identifying repeatable tasks and partnering on workflow/tooling improvements that scale delivery
  • Support a DevOpsoriented delivery model by working effectively with structured pipelines/workflows and crossfunctional partners to improve handoffs and reliability
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving DemoX tools and emerging technologies, including AIassisted workflows and new service offerings
