Role Overview

As a Digital Content Creator at Xperio, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for crafting engaging and visually appealing digital content that brings our unique experiences to life. You will work closely with stakeholders, including local hosts, travellers, and marketing teams, to create a lasting impact through storytelling and creative digital assets.

Responsibilities

1.Content Creation:

• Develop a variety of digital content formats, including videos, blogs, social media posts, reels, infographics, and more.
• Transform experiences and host stories into visually engaging and captivating content.

2.Storytelling:

• Create compelling narratives around Xperio's experiences that resonate with travelers.
• Highlight cultural, natural, and sustainable aspects of experiences through creative storytelling techniques.

3.Social Media Management:

• Publish content across Xperio's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments, and foster online communities.

4.Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with local hosts, and influencers to collect content ideas, testimonials, and real-time visuals.
• Train hosts or influencers to capture content aligned with Xperio's brand.

5.Brand Alignment:

• Ensure all content aligns with Xperio's values of authenticity, sustainability, and community-driven tourism.

6.Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyse content performance metrics to refine and optimise future campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies to improve engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

1.Experience:

0-2 years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or related roles.

Experience in storytelling and content marketing, preferably in tourism, travel, or lifestyle domains.

2.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in content creation tools and AI tools preferrable

Video editing skills and knowledge of photography basics are a plus.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.

3.Creative Abilities:

Strong storytelling skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Ability to transform raw experiences into engaging narratives.

4.Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
