Role Description:
Step into a role where your creativity helps Indian business owners navigate the world of software and AI with confidence. As our In-House Creator, you'll craft compelling, relatable content that breaks down complex technology into clear, actionable insights. You'll be the storyteller who helps them understand exactly what tools they might need and why those tools matter for their business growth.
You'll have the creative freedom to shape a voice that is both informative and approachable, making sure that our audience feels empowered and well-informed while getting to work with some of the leading saas and AI tools on the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content: Develop explainers, comparisons, and success stories tailored for social media that help turn complex tech into relatable, actionable insights.
- Shape our brand voice: Ensure a consistent, approachable tone that resonates with Indian business owners, making them feel empowered and informed.
- Bridge products and outcomes: Translate SaaS and AI products into clear business outcomes, showing our audience why and how these tools matter for them.
- Collaborate on content strategy: Work with the team to identify topics that matter and plan content calendars, keeping our messaging fresh and relevant.
- Experiment and iterate: Test different content styles and formats across social media platforms, refining approaches based on audience feedback.
- Ability to think Visually: You should be comfortable shaping content that eventually becomes short-form video, carousels, or simple explainers, not just long-form writing.
Requirements:
- Creative storyteller: Proven ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Experience in scripting, storyboarding, or translating concepts into various formats is a plus.
- You're comfortable working in video-first formats (short-form videos, simple explainers, founder-led content). Your portfolio should include at least one video-led piece you shaped.
- Hands-on with tools: Familiarity with content creation tools (video editing, basic design, social media platforms) so you can communicate effectively with editors and designers and understand the production flow.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think outside the box and shape content that aligns with business goals. You're comfortable planning campaigns and understanding how your content fits into the bigger picture.
