Role Description Social Media Content Creator
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-quality content across social media platforms. The role involves hands-on content creation, trend analysis, performance tracking, and close collaboration with the creative and strategy teams to ensure strong brand alignment and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives
- Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Research trends, formats, and audience behavior to improve reach and engagement
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing
- Monitor audience engagement and optimize content based on performance insights
- Analyze content performance and contribute to growth-focused improvements
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content writing, copywriting, and creative storytelling
- Good understanding of content strategy, trend research, and campaign planning
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- High organizational ability and deadline discipline
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Prior agency or professional social media experience preferred
Compensation
- Salary:20,000 per month
