Our users are real people — salaried professionals, traders, and first-time investors — who are confused about crypto tax and looking for someone to explain it simply. Most discover KoinX because a friend told them, a CA recommended us, or they found a video that actually explained something they had been Googling for an hour. You will be the person who makes those videos.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Shoot short-form and long-form video content at our in-house studio. The topics are specific: crypto tax, ITR filing, TDS on crypto, exchange tutorials, and platform walkthroughs. You will work with our content team on ideation and scripting — you are not expected to script alone. Our graphic and video editors handle post-production. Your job is to be the face, the voice, and the clarity engine.

• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and refine scripts before shooting
• Appear on camera; clear diction in Hindi and English is non-negotiable
• Translate complex tax concepts into plain, conversational language on screen
• Work with graphic and video editors post-shoot — they handle the cut, motion, and finishing
• Contribute to the content calendar across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Repurpose product updates, blog posts, and support FAQs into video-ready ideas
• Track performance and flag what is resonating — comments, watch time, drop-off points

YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF

You are comfortable on camera — not performing, just explaining. You find financial concepts genuinely interesting and can tell when something is about to confuse a viewer before they comment about it.

• You've shot, scripted, or been involved in videos before — even casually on your phone
• You have a background in finance, tax, or crypto — or you're obsessed enough to learn fast
• You can communicate in a way that sounds like a person talking, not a textbook
• You notice when something is unclear before the audience does
• You're based in Bhubaneswar or willing to be — shooting is in-house, not remote
• Bonus: CA background, personal finance content experience, or existing creator presence

WHAT YOU NEED

• Clear, confident spoken Hindi and English — Hinglish fluency is a plus
• Comfort on camera; some prior video experience preferred
• Understanding of crypto, taxation, or personal finance
• Familiarity with editing tools is a plus, but not required — post-production is handled by our editors
• Ability to work in a structured in-house studio environment
• Available for a full-time daily schedule
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar

A DAY IN THIS ROLE

You start the morning syncing with the content team on this week's pipeline — a 90-second reel on why crypto gains look inflated, and a longer YouTube explainer on TDS. The script is ready; you run through it once, flag one section that sounds too textbook, and rework it together before going on set. You shoot three takes. The editors take it from there.

In the afternoon you're researching next week: Budget amendments on VDA taxation just dropped, so you pitch moving that to the top of the queue. You check comments on last week's video — someone asked about Bybit specifically, so you log it for the content team. End of day, two pieces are in post-production and next week's calendar has a new priority at the top.

Not every day involves big news cycles. Most of it is consistent, clear output. The satisfaction is the comment that says Bhai finally samajh aaya, thank you.

WHAT YOU WON'T NEED

A media degree. Editing skills. Years of brand experience. Scripting and post-production are team efforts here — you will not be doing this alone. We have the studio, the editors, and the content team. You bring the camera presence and clarity.

What we can't train is the instinct to know when an explanation has lost someone — and the drive to flag it before it goes live.
