Stipend: 6,000 Fixed + 1,000 Performance Incentive

We're looking for a creative, communication-focused, and proactive Digital Content & Communications Intern to help us build our digital presence and communicate our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Write social media posts, captions, blogs, announcements, and marketing copy.
• Research trends, competitors, and industry topics to generate fresh content ideas.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Create and coordinate short-form content, reels, carousels, and other digital formats.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand communication.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication.
• Assist with company announcements and other external communications.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to research and turn ideas into engaging content.
• Basic Canva knowledge is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome.
