Role Description The Digital Consultant role at Growora is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Digital Consultant will work with clients to understand their business objectives, assess current digital capabilities, and recommend strategies for digital transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting analyses, gathering and interpreting data, preparing presentations and reports, and facilitating workshops or meetings with client stakeholders. The role involves designing digital strategies, supporting implementation of solutions, and monitoring performance against defined goals. The Digital Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with client expectations, and grounded in best practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy skills to design and guide effective digital initiatives.
Candidates should possess Communication and Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, present insights clearly, and build trusted client relationships.
Experience with project management, business process improvement, or technology implementation is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications in digital or consulting disciplines are a plus.
Familiarity with digital tools, data analytics platforms, or CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
