Role Description
- Digital/mobile/social media advertising / SEO & SEM savvy
- A hands-on operationally sound person able to independently interact with internal stakeholders, understand requirements and develop and execute digital media plans
- Experience of managing digital media plans across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, display ads and remarketing campaigns, LinkedIn, ad networks and programmatic advertising, app store campaigns etc.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and present recommendations to enhance results
- Experience across retail brands, travel and hospitality, and insurance will be useful
- Ability to lead and manage a small team of digital execs
- An active personal digital/social media presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent research, mathematical and spreadsheet/analytical thinking skills
- Creative and able to think around problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Google AdWords and Analytics certifications would be an added advantage
