- Create flow diagrams from requirements and translate processes into structured, sequential workflows.
- Perform repetitive and complex tasks efficiently with high quality, minimal guidance, and quick turnaround when required.
- Manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of daily targets.
- Use software tools for data capture, follow organizational processes, and communicate results, including escalating issues or uncertainties.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience with automation and any version control tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
- Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing, attributes, integrations (e.g., Lambda), and case management.
