NXL Technologies is seeking a skilled Digital Assets Trader & Portfolio Specialist to manage and support high-value crypto portfolios in the ₹1–2 Crore range.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on trading experience, strong market understanding, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Manage and monitor crypto portfolios with a focus on risk and performance
• Analyze market trends, price movements, and news
• Execute trades across spot and derivatives markets
• Maintain trade records, daily P&L, and performance reports
• Improve and refine trading strategies based on market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams for insights and reporting

Experience with leading exchanges such as:

• Binance
• KuCoin
• Other major crypto platforms

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets
• Knowledge of technical analysis & charting tools
• Familiarity with risk management principles
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Commerce, Economics preferred)
• Certifications such as NISM / NCFM / Crypto-related are a plus

• 1–2 years in:
• Crypto trading/portfolio support
• Financial markets / trading firms
• Wealth management or broking (market exposure preferred)
