Role Description The Digital Asset Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves conducting in-depth market and asset research on precious metals and commodities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting on trends, risks, and opportunities. The analyst will monitor digital asset frameworks and tokenized commodity markets, prepare research briefs and insights for internal stakeholders, and support product and strategy teams with data-driven recommendations. Daily responsibilities include working with statistical tools, validating data sources, creating dashboards and visualizations, and contributing to whitepapers and investor-oriented content. The position also requires cross-functional collaboration with technology, compliance, and business teams to ensure that research aligns with regulatory considerations and the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to generate clear insights.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Research skills, including experience in gathering, evaluating, and synthesizing information on financial markets or commodities.
- Candidates should possess Statistics skills, with familiarity in statistical methods, data modeling, and the use of spreadsheets or analytical tools.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in financial analysis or data analytics are an advantage.
- Experience in fintech, digital assets, commodities, or related research roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI dashboards) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical research practices, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
