Job Description Digital Assembly Process Planner
Graduate : Mechanical Engineer with hands on experience in the end to end digital Process Planning for General assembly for brownfield and greenfield projects
- Candidate should have exposure in the Assembly shop process & product structure
- Hands on experience in the vehicle assembly feasibility and process creation for the Brownfield and greenfield projects at digital tools ( ex. Visu Mockup / Process designer )
- Knowledge of simultaneous engineering to improve the product in early development phase for the series production manufacturing
- Hands on experience in improving the line balancing , analyze the bottlenecks and uni directional material flow
- Knowledge of material flow simulation projects at Tecnomatix plant simulation
- Hands on in ergonomic study, assembly simulation study in CAD tools ( ex. Visulization mock up, Nx, Process simulate )
- Hands on in Layout creation in Microstation / Autocad
- Process documentation creation Process sheets, cycle time chart
